What Covid-19 measures do your Cleaners take?
Our Cleaners take the following precautions & measures to fight against the spread of germs and viruses. Our Cleaners are taking steps to do their part in keeping everyone healthy. This includes:
- Washing hands regularly.
- Disinfecting equipment between each job.
- Staying home when they are not feeling well.
- Wearing masks throughout cleans
- Practice social distancing in your home, as appropriate.

Which Service Do You Recommend For First Time Clients?
A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by Just Tidy. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard regular clean.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like.
If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable full charge.
What if I'm Not Satisfied with the Cleaning Service?
Please contact our Offices immediately for further details. We will then re-schedule a clean to correct any issues.
What if Something Breaks?
Although this is extremely unlikely, if the unthinkable does occur please contact the office immediately. As we will work with our insurers to replace your valued item.
